SG 54 10c flaw
The CEMTS is obviously a printing flaw but how common is it?

and broken lines and letters are frequent throughout the series.

- No 42 is a Forgery and as such the printing is
pretty bad anyway. That said I have not seen this particular
"flaw" before so the answer to your query how common is it is
'not very'.

- Very interesting, the image on S-S-S is rather
blurred but I am wondering if the stamp could be forgery which as you know are very common. What I would
suggest is that you send a scan to Ray Price for his opinion - even if it
is a forgery I am sure he would be interested in seeing it. (See (1) above
