Surely AC in oval from Abrahamson and Company.
Somewhat well inked in this case but seems to match some I have.

I would agree with Peter that this is quite likely to be the AC
cancel. Are we any further in our knowledge of this mark and why it was allowed
to be used for cancelling mail.
