Query No. 23 NB Postmark?

I have this copy of SG179. I am unable to determine the postmark. It is a double ring one, with the date 21 Aug, with a year that looks like 18, only. These two numbers are positioned with respect to the ‘AUG’ such that it seems unlikely to be the whole 4 digit year. There is clearly B.N.B. in the lower half, but the town name is not clear. I have thought of Kudat or Lahad Datu, but neither have a double ring cds in that year, according to Proud that is. A clear ‘AT’ can be seen, and what may be a ‘D’ to the left. Is there a member who assist? Thank you Patrick Longfield

Hi This is a Kudat cancel being the double circle BNB cd the 1910's. Be nice if it was the doubled oars variety! Derek Pocock.
